TYPE OF OLIVES
Favarol, Leccio, Frantoio, Grignano

METHOD
The olives have to be picked at the right level of maturation, then left into water and salt for about 6 to 8 months. After the pip is taken off and the olives chopped, then a spoon of olive oil is added in order to preserve them.

It does not contain colouring agent nor preservative..

USE IT WITH
Pasta, bread and canapé. It’s an excellent ingredient for several receipt.
